In the first part of the 20th century, a renaissance took place in Indian languages. In the newly developed logical, reflective prose style appeared not only in literature but also in philosophical writings, modern commentaries... and historical, scholarly reviews of classical works. For these scholars, there was a foundation of vast mastery of Indian intellectual culture along with expertise in modern English. All of them established and nurtured a new intellectual culture involving Indian languages. Such works can be said to be the beginning of the study of the intellectual history of modern India.
These voluminous works, in the form of books, journals / periodicals, are scattered in many libraries and private collections. It is not easily available to researchers, students, academic boards of universities who develop new learning materials. Our endeavor is to digitize such important sources in local languages and make them freely accessible on the Internet for all.
