विद्या ददाति विनयं विनयाद् याति पात्रताम् ।
पात्रत्वात् धनमाप्नोति धनात् धर्मं ततः सुखम् ॥

पितॄण :- Pitr karya, shraddha, tarpana, . . .

ऋषिऋण :- It is the debt individuals owe to the ancient sages and seers who contributed to the knowledge and wisdom contained in sacred texts like the Vedas and Upanishads.

Of the three ऋण, obligations or debt - देवऋण, पितॄण, ऋषिऋण, the first two are redeemed in normal course by way of pujas, homas, yaagas, shraaddha ceremonies. But the ऋषिऋण is hard to redeem. It is the debt individuals owe to the ancient sages and seers who contributed to the knowledge and wisdom contained in sacred texts like the Veda, Upanishat, shastra, darshana, .... By acknowledging Rishi Rina, individuals contribute to the preservation of sacred knowledge, and It encourages the pursuit of wisdom and understanding through study and reflection.
